I recently found my old iPhone 4 and I noticed two things First the back of it is cracked and also the more important thing Half of the charger port prongs are bent down because half of the piece that holds it up is gone. I was wondering if apple will fix it

The cost of the repair greatly exceed the value of the device.

Sure. I'll bet it's a lot cheaper. And still not be worth it unless you have things on it that you just can't live without.
