Printer in Use message

I keep getting a printer in use message when I try to print to HP Officejet. It worked fine until today. I have restarted the printer and my MacBook to no avail. Any suggestions? I cannot print from my phone either.

There should be a HP utility to help manage that printer. Check in printer/scanner pane under options tab.
