Removing Credit card

When I try to remove my card from my iPhone it still says it has a active subscription why it say that?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 13

Except for trials, subscriptions you've cancelled will remain active until they expire. If you're trying to change cards, put the new one in first; otherwise, click here and contact the iTunes Store staff.
