HomeKit not responding to request.

I finally upgraded iPhone 8+ to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. The transfer from old to new successful with no issues just took longdue to iPhone update to 14.4. The only issue I had was with the "Update iCloud Settings" it would just spin and spin. Restarted phone and a few tries later it worked and the notification was no longer showing on the Settings. The issue is my requests to Siri are not working. She states to "Check your settings in Home App" but she doesn't say what to check. I have a HomePod, Apple TV and and a new iPad Air for hubs. I also have 2 family members on my Home.

Any one have any idea what is the issue and how I can correct?

Thank you in advance!!!

HomePod, 14

Home Kit finally showed an alert on my account. The Home Pod was not logged in.
