Auto lock greyed out

How do I change the auto lock setting if it is greyed out? Phone is iPhone 11 software 14.4, low power mode is not on and I have reset all settings but it is still greyed out?

If it is your personal device, in that case do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management? Then also, please contact the system administrator of your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management.
