Recently, calendar will not sync on iPhone 8plus.
Two iPhone 8plus on same account recently will not sync but photos and reminders continue to sync.

Do you have Content & Privacy Restrictions enabled? You can confirm this by going to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions.
Are you using iCloud or a mail account to sync Calendar?
