Family sharing app not showing in purchases

I have purchased some apps on my iPhone to be used by my daughter on my wife's iPad most have gone through fine but one doesn't show up on her iPad.

Yes it is a family share app.

I found the problem. The iPad decided after downloading a few of these apps to request her apple ID password again but that only showed up in settings.
