Do you have the latest version of iTunes, or if you have the newer MacOS, you would use Finder. Use the Finder to sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod with your computer - Apple Support

Otherwise, it would help if you explain what happens when you try to sync the iPad Pro. Do you see an error, or other information?
