am unable to set song as ringtone which i have purchased

Did you purchase it from the iTunes Store, or from a third party website? Also, what happens when you try to use it? Are you getting any errors?

i have the same issue, i have purchased a ringtone in Itunes, and it doesnt show on my list of ringtones and therefore i cannot add the same. Can you please help? i followed all instructions but doestn work.
