How do I delete a website icon from my Home Screen in iOS 14.4? When I press and hold the icon, it wiggles but no minus sign appears so I can’t figure out how to remove it...thanks in advance!

try checking this

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps

make sure that's set to 'Allow'
