It says “This app requires specific features not available on this device “ I am trying to to get the fitness app on my ipad 6th generation but this it what it keeps saying. I have an Apple watch and yes I have tried restarting it.

The Watch must have 7.3.1 and the iPad must have 14.4.
Both are up to date
Well the watch just downloaded 7.3 not 7.31
