How can I install MacOS Big Sur on my Mac mini 2012?

Is there a way to install MacOS Big Sur on my Mac mini 2012? I know MacOS Big Sur required at least Mac mini 2014.

No you cannot. The hardware of a 2012 mac Mini does not support the Big Sur OS.
