Itunes indicates it is Syncing my iPhone (backing up) but when I check the Backups, under "Latest Backup" it says your iphone has never been backed up to this computer. I would like to manually back it up. "Back Up Now" is Greyed out always.

Should have noted - this is on a Windows 10 Laptop running the latest iTunes 12.11.0.26 with USB cable connection to iPhone7plus and iOS at 13.5.1. Don’t really want to upgrade the phone to the latest.
It had to complete the backup 3+ hours. I guess I was not letting it complete as it slows everything dramatically. The buttons are no longer greyed out. Thx
