You tube will not load on ipad

youtube was inadvertently deleted from my iPad

when I go to the App Store to download from the cloud by tapping the down arrow it says “ the iTunes Store is unable to process purchases at this time

Try going into the Settings app and under iTunes Store settings, toggle ON automatic app updates and try redownloadimg the YouTube app again, from the Purchases icon/menu option in the iOS App Store.
