Carefully read and follow ALL the steps in the support article: 'If you see ‘itunes.com/bill‘ or an unfamiliar charge on your bank, credit card, or debit statement' Click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201382


The article explains how you can check your purchase history, cancel subscriptions, and track possible sources of mysterious "iTunes" charges you may see on a card, particularly those from family members if you are an organizer of a Family Sharing group. It also provides a specific link for contacting Apple if you cannot trace the source of charges.


Other possibilities to consider:

- Purchases were made in your name if your Apple ID was compromised ( https://support.apple.com/HT204145 ).

- If you are only seeing this in emails, it is phishing attempts ( https://support.apple.com/HT204759 ).

- If you are absolutely certain this is a charge neither you, nor Apple, nor a Family Sharing member can account for, you may have been the victim of card fraud. Contact your financial institution
