Reader View

My wife’s iPad automatically goes to Reader View every time she opens Safari, how do we turn OFF this annoying feature?

You have perhaps enabled the Safari Reader view as your default setting. This is easy to change.

From Safari, tap the aA icon at the left of your Address Bar; an options menu will appear. Tap Website Settings - then de-select Use Reader Automatically. Finally, tap Done.

For websites that are already “marked” to use the Reader view, you may need to remove them from Settings:

Settings > Safari > Reader

If you find websites in the list, either de-select the entry - or tap Edit and remove the entry from the list.
