My wife and I were given an Ipad Air as a gift. I set up assuming that she would also be able to also use the device as we do with our IMac and Air lap top, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Is there a way for us to share the IPad or if not, how do I remove myself and let her use the device.

I don’t mean to sound like an iPad expert because I’m far from that but I don’t know why you can’t set up a different iCloud for your wife. In other words you have an iCloud address and she has an iCloud address. Looks to me like that should work. I’d be worth a try before you erased all your information. Just trying to help
iPad is meant to be used by one user account.
