HI Niel,
Thank you for your message. I tried from my Mac and my iPhone. My current plan is 2 TB, my only option is to downgrade. The message I have says, "you have the largest iCloud storage plan available." How do I get to the 4TB option?
You need to be signed up for Apple One Premier in addition to your current subscription.
