How can I add payment when it is saying that my account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes?

I am trying to add a payment bc my card that was on there was compromised so I deleted it and know it won't let me add a new payment bc it says my account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. How can I fix this bc I can't even update any of my apps

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Try clicking the words "contact Apple Support" below from that link:


If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," there might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file.

When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.


If that doesn't help, click Contact Support at the top right of this page.
