Battery Capacity Decreased

I bought iphone XR before 4 to 5 months but my maximum charging battery came down to 94%. Why it is happened or my battery is a faulty one?

Iphone 12 battery life I have an Iphone 12 which had 100% maximum capacity and a normal battery life for 8 months and observed that last week Its maximum capacity dropped to 98% and suddenly to 97% in a day. Also the battery is draining fast as compared to normal I try to charge till 80% once everyday. Is it normal behaviour or should I try contacting support?
