I have lost my iPhone and now my Apple ID is locked

I can't use find my iPhone facility as the Apple ID is locked . How should I unlock it while they told me to wait for 12 days which is not acceptable

"If you or someone else enters your password, security questions, or other account information incorrectly too many times, your Apple ID automatically locks to protect your security and you can't sign in to any Apple services."

If the message says your Apple ID is locked or disabled, click here and read what to do --> https://support.apple.com/HT204106


I am presuming you have done some of that and are awaiting account recovery? If that is the case:


Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password --> https://support.apple.com/HT204921

"In some cases, you might be able to speed up the account recovery process or reset your password immediately by verifying a six-digit code sent to your primary email address. You might also be able to shorten the wait time by providing credit-card details to confirm your identity. If you’re given this option, an authorization request goes to the card issuer.*"
