view/edit your photos in Mac OS 64-bit

I previously had iphoto to view my photos and it is no longer availlable for MACOS 64 bit. Any suggestions on what to use -- free -- I just dont use it to change photos but it certainly is easier to view and delete if necessary.

You can use iPhoto's replacement, Photos. The icon looks like this:

Photos can convert iPhoto libraries. Launch Photos with the option key held down. From the resulting dialog, choose your iPhoto Library. Photos will create a new library with your iPhoto Media. Your iPhoto library will not be changed, though it will be renamed.
