Dictation and Siri not working

When I try to record an audio message it plays back static. When I try to use Hey Siri it doesn’t pick up my voice. And it also won’t work for dictation. It’s not my mic because it works just fine for all other apps. I’ve tried all other solutions posted on the web and nothing corrects it. I have an 8plus and it just started doing this in the last couple weeks. Please fix this issue Apple! It’s not just me having this issue and none of the solutions that you suggest work.
