Server update wipes Open Directory

In the last 3 updates when the OS is (Big Sur) is updated and new updates are installed for macOS Server the directory server gets destroyed. The install gives an error and the Directory server cannot be started again. I always have. backup of the directory server but it is nonsense that I have to restore it every time an updates gets installed.

Does any solution fo this?
