Help! Kernel Panic, what does it mean?

If following Apple's suggestions carefully hasn't solved the problem, you might need to use Etrecheck,

it is a free download, and Etrecheck can generate a helpful report.

(eg: to locate all the bits of any non-Apple software causing a problem so you can ensure it is removed).

In addition to @brbo's advice if you have multiple Kernel Panics, then please post a few more so that we can see if there is any pattern to them. You can find the Kernel Panic logs in "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" where the file names should begin with "kernel" and end in ".panic".

Run the Apple Diagnostics.

You do not paint a very big picture of your exact symptoms: when, how, repeating, specific app related, general usage, etc issue

Zone element / kalloc could be caused by a software problem, however typically the macOS protects modifications to memory...

You can try a safeBoot an test if the issue goes away—this would be telling

Hi,

My iMac 2020 (Big Sur 11.2.2) suffers from the same issue. Don't know what happens but I believe it was a software issue. If you have any updates please let me know.
