Viruses in phone

My phone says it’s been infected with many viruses after I visited some adult site. I never visited such sites. This is my work phone and my son 9 year is always playing games . Can you help me clean it up

It's a scam. There is nothing to clean up. There are no viruses that can affect an iPhone that has not been jailbroken.
