What can I do?

f the past few days I’ve been receiving notifications every 30 minutes and I don’t know what to do. I’ve only had my phone for about 2 months so I don’t know a lot about apple products. Any suggestions? This is what it looks like

iPhone 7, iOS 14

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
