Is it possible to set up the apple mouse so I can right click with it?

I am use to right clicking a highlighted area copy, cut shows up and I right click to paste can this be done with the apple mouse?

Certainly. Check System Preferences for the mouse and tick the box labeled “Secondary Click”.
