Mac won’t turn on

my Mac desktop won’t turn on. I’ve held it for 10 seconds, pressed it quickly, unplugged and plugged back in. What is going on?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

Please follow all the steps in If your Mac won't turn on, if you get to the end and it still won't start, please take it to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be serviced. If you don't know of any in your area, please use the Apple Authorized Service Provider Locator (AASP) & Genius Appointment
