How to Increase Numbers in a Column by Dragging Down?

How can I type a number, for instance, “1”, and drag it down a few cells in the column, where I can have it automatically filled up 1, 2, 3, 4, and etc.., , like in Excel.?

Autofill cells in Numbers on Mac - Apple Support



Type the numbers sequence you'd like the column to be f.e. 0.5, 1, 1.5. or 1, 2 and while both cells are selected drag the yellow dot
