iPhone is frozen

my iPhone is frozen with slide to power off, SOS emergency and cancel. I can't get off this page.

Press on either one of the volume buttons and the side button simultaneously until you see the power off slider.
Drag the slider to the right to power off.
Wait about 30 seconds for the phone turn off
Turn the device back on by holding the side button until you see the Apple logo appear
