Big Sur not detecting connected devices

Hi,

So Mac mini M1 and the latest version of Big Sur. Clean installation. Noticed one strange thing. When I connect my Apple devices to my Mini - sometimes they are not shown in Finder. I need to disconnect my devices and connect them again, to be able to see them. Another Big Sur bug from many or is it possible to fix this somehow? Thanks.

Mac mini, macOS 11.2

This link didn't help at all. When I'm saying that device is not shown, it is simply not shown anywhere. It appears only when I reconnect data cable to the device. Thought that its maybe a third party cable issue, but it seems that the same is happening and with Apple cable, maybe a little bit less.
