I Have A Big Problem With My iPhone 12 Pro Max, When I Wanna Take A Photo I Hear Shutter Sound Of Photo And It Make Me Uncomforted, Even When My Phone Is On Silent I've Used Volume Button Tho But It Doesn't Work Either, So Please Help Me How Can I Mute My Camera Sound, Thank You Best Regards.

Look at the model number in Settings>General>About.
You have a gray market phone that was originally sold in either Japan or South Korea.
It is illegal to silence the camera shutter sound on devices sold in those countries.
The camera shutter sound can not be muted on devices made for some markets (Japan, as an example).
But Im From Iraq How Do I Know My Phone Came From Japan?
The Model number shows what market is was intended.
Doesn't matter where it is used. The sound can not be turned off.

Then you should not have purchased a phone from a country where it's illegal to silence the shutter.
