My daughter has locked two old apple phones. because of this we created a new Apple ID. We cannot access any of the the emails that go to the old Apple ID. We are trying to wipe the phones so CAN BE USED. Please help delete the OLD APPLE ID?

If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork.
Request additional support for unlocking your device
Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
