My niece used an old iPhone before I was able to remove the device from my list. Her Apple ID took over my phone and her account got locked. I cannot update apps as her info displays on my phone. And there’s no list of devices available where I can remove the phone she used
If you are the original owner, contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID if provided the required paperwork.
Request additional support for unlocking your device
Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)
