Does it have this all the time or is it only when using certain apps. If it has this all the time, you can try a restart of the phone and see if it helps. You can do a restart by following the directions on Force restart iPhone - Apple Support. If you still have the yellow lines after that and if they show while the phone is restarting, then I'm afraid it sounds like you have a hardware issue with the phone and you'll need to get it serviced to get rid of the lines.
