Apple watch
Apple Watch series 5 software 7.3.2. But I cannot find cardiac fitness under health to select so it will start reading. I’ve seen others say the same thing, but no solution. My husbands use identical phone does have it.
See this, Set up Cardio Fitness Levels - Apple Support. Ensure your iPhone is updated to the latest iOS, 14.4.1. If you cannot see Cardio fitness after tapping on Summary, All Health Data, then try going to Browse, then Heart. It should be listed there to complete the setup described in the link provided.
