Under my apple id email address, my daughter made one for herself and I can't seem to delete it from my account and add it to hers. Please help and thank you.
I think she created an alias ..when u use the new apple id that was created in the website appleid.apple.com it accept the psw and shows the same acc? Give a look at this https://support.apple.com/en-al/guide/icloud/mm6b1a490a/icloud

I opened the apple account years ago using my gmail email address. She somehow made an @icloud.com account under my apple ID, which I cannot seem to remove or change. I am unsure how she did it as well, I assume she did it when playing with my phone one day.

I'm not sure how your daughter created an Apple ID "under" your Apple ID. Apple IDs are unique and separate. Can you describe the situation in more detail?
