“Scan button”? None exists in the Camera app.

What might you be trying to scan?

A document? That’s done using the Notes app. How to scan documents on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
A QR code? There is no button for that. Simply position the code in the viewfinder using the Camera app.
Something else?
