Why is my new Apple Watch sex dying so fast when I am not using it . It kinda lasts me 18 hours ? I charge it wake up 7 hours later n it’s 70 or below ?

It doesn't take that long to charge. Put it on the charger about an hour before you go to bed. Then, put it back on the charger in the morning while you're showering and dressing.
Apple says that with average use the battery should last 18 hours.

Most people use the watch during the day and then charge it overnight,I've been doing it this way for about 5 years.
Well I mainly using mine for sleep and mines only a week old
Charge it during the day then and it will last all night.
