Cancelled subscription to Apple Music but also charge money

Hello!


My name is Kristina and I would like to address a problem.

In February 2021, I canceled my Apple Music subscription. But some mistake happened and Apple continue to charge money from the card.

In the summer it also was like that. When I used Apple Music it tooked off the money twice of month. Sorry, but I'm tired to pay, what I don’t use.


You can just cancelled this? Or can you tell what to do to completely cancel?
