An update is required to use cellular data on this phone
I have already updated my phone fully. Reset network settings and all of these things. Nothing is working. I saw that this is a common issue with iPhone 7. what can i do to fix this?

Go to Settings/General/About. Does it show a version for Modem Firmware? If not, back up your phone, restore it to factory settings with your computer, and then restore your backup. If it does show a version see→iPhone 7 Repair Program for "No Service" Issues - Apple Support
