I have a bill on my visa card for 39.99 by apple.com/bill . I am not aware of anything that I have charged. Can you look up and see if I have made something by mistake.

My bank statement had 27 deductions of £2.99, 8 deductions of £0.99 and 1 deduction of £4.99. This was then all repaid a few days later.

I have an i-phone that does not have my account details. How were the transactions made and how were my bank details obtained? I have not purchased anything through Apple.

hello first this a comunity of discusion where we help each other if u want to in contact with the apple suport u have to reach them in the apple site .For the situation u have i suggest to check in all the apple devices u have at home for any subscription or purchase made by mistake

I was billed for google chrome cast for a year, didn’t want to buy the app was just browsing to read about it and was charged the following day for a year subscription. I don’t want it or need it and would like my money refunded

Were they Apple transactions and are you saying that you don’t have any bank details saved on your phone? No credit or debit card tied to your Apple ID?
