how do I verify that. I did install it and it does not seem to be working. I can't print anything. what can I do next. My printer is HP officejet7210 all in one, probably 10 years old. It is a home printer that prints color and a scanner.
It would appear - if the driver was downloaded and installed and does not work - then the installed driver Does Not Support this printer. It should be noted - " Check IF this printer is listed as supported " was suggested.
What printer and what version of macOS and maybe we can assist.
HP Officejet 7210 and I just updated to Mac Big Sur. I am using a MacBook Air (2018-new)
