Big Sur update has ruined my MacBook Pro

my macbook pro 13" late 2016 was great, then I updated to big sur and my battery was dying when switched off within 12 hours and now it won't charged or switch on. Big Sur has bricked my macbook and it's out of warranty and Apple won’t help. What can I do?

Precisely what is "Apple won't help"?

A battery problem could be co-incidental; but it doesn't matter: the point is you apparently need a new battery. And you say Apple will not install one? What reason did they give? As it is out of warranty, you will have to pay for that, but a 2016 should be eligible for a new battery.

I can’t revert anymore because the screen is just black, it does
nothing, can’t hard reset it or restart it, does absolutely nothing now

Updated from what macOS to Big Sur...

There was a change starting with macOS 10.15 as to how the battery is managed.

So if you are dead in the water, zip, nada, nothing, zero ??? I would follow through with the link provide above for 2016/2017 MBP: If the battery in your 2016 or 2017 MacBook Pro won't charge past 1%
