My iPad is not charging

could be

1. dirt or lint in the ios devices port when that happen to me I clear it out with a match or toothpick
2. a defect cable, testing with another cable could show if it is so
3. a defect port in the ios device

Could also be s defective or failed Apple power/charging adapter block, too!

I have these go bad all the time.

Do you have any other known good charge cables and Apple charging adapter blocks to test with?
