How can i make my two devices share the same photos ?

how to make any photo added to one device to be in the other also at the same time ?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

Only by using the same Apple ID to login to both devices.

That doesn't work for 3rd party apps and their own data. Pics, for exemple, must be in the Photos app and iCloud Photo Library must be activated for this to work.

Everything you store in iCloud Drive will also be available on all devices you're logged in with that same ID.
