Wondering if you mean your Apple ID account (for iTunes etc), or an Apple Pay account.

Apple has support pages online to help you:

Change, Add or Remove Apple ID (iTunes etc.) Payment methods

Apple Pay (wallet)

Manage your cards and contact info:
