Guys, Need your help. My MacBook keep crashing since I upgraded to macOS Big Sur. This upgrade is disaster for me. I reinstalled OS multiple time (without wiping data). Here is the crash report for my latest crash - (I am also adding EtreCheck Pro Report & Full Crash report , as I saw few folks are recommending it for additional info to investigate). Please help.

Kernel panics are predominantly caused by third-party kernel extensions (kexts) or hardware faults.
The only thing of any utility in the panic log is whether there are third-party kexts loaded. Sometimes there is other info which might suggest which hardware subsystem has a fault, but usually not.
There are several other extremely rare causes including bad Apple kexts.
If it is not a third-party kext, you would need to take it to an Apple Store or Authorized Repair center to determine the cause.

Anti Virus Protection is needed as per corporate device security policy, so I have to keep it.
VPN is needed for accessing internet via hotel wifi, this is also necessity for me.
But I uninstalled Splashtop and Soundflower and my macbook crash has stopped completely. Thanks to Barney-15E

It may have just been one of those. If you need Soundflower, it has been fairly stable for a long time (like since Snow Leopard).
I don't have any information one Splashtop.
Probably splashtop. Could be Soundflower, but it has been fairly stable.
Uninstall using the developer’s uninstaller or instructions and see if the panics stop.
I uninstalled Splashtop Streamer and Splashtop Personal both using developer's uninstaller. I will monitor and respond back. However, any hint how did you zero down to Splashtop ? Please suggest.
Uninstall the Norton junk and VPN.
Nothing but trouble and not needed on a Mac.
