Apple iTunes failed to redeem

I have a $15 iTunes card and I tried to redeem it, but it gave me this message. I’m not sure what is wrong with it.

If you haven't already done so contact iTunes support as per the message on your screenshot - these are user forums, we are fellow users, not that site
